Registration Night Dates & Cheque Amounts:
Registration night is mandatory for all athletes who wish to confirm their spots on their teams. At this meeting, registration cheques are collected to confirm your spot on the team & jerseys & other duckwear (optional) is available to try on & order.

We accept registration fees in one full payment cheque dated December 13, 2011 or two cheques one dated Dec 13th & the 2nd dated Jan 15, 2012.
If you are ordering duckwear, please bring a separate cheque to pay for any additional gear you would like to order.

How much are registration fees?
2011/12 Registration Fees
U14-U18 $450
U13 $350
U12 TBA (approx $200-250)
What do registration fees cover?
Tournament fees, jerseys, provincial championship fee, insurance and volleyball BC membership, gym rental and warm up jersey. Travel costs are not included. Practice locations vary, but most practices will be held at Elementary/High Schools in Coquitlam and at the Harry Jerome sports Centre in Burnaby. Club Fees do not cover any other volleyball gear (ie. spandex, socks, shoes etc), travel costs, Nationals Entrance Fees.
When will games/tournaments be? Volleyball is not run as a league, therefore any scheduling questions should be directed to the coach of your team. Your coach will be scheduling tournaments throughout the season and will provide you with a detailed schedule for the season that will include practice times, tournaments and provincials. Nationals are optional and are decided on a per team basis.

Birth Years
U12 are 2000 and 2001 as we are accepting grade 5 and 6 kids
U13 are 1999
U14 are 1998
U15 are 1997
U16 are 1996
U17 are 1995
U18 are 1994
Who do I contact if I have a question about playing time?
You must contact your coach first. All questions about playing time are dealt directly with the coach of your team. During this conversation, the athlete should be present as well to help clarify any questions or conversations that have been had directly between the coach and the athlete.
